Your Mission is My Priority: Strategic Financial Partnership for the Business Owner

From the precision of the U.S. Navy Submarine Force to the fast-paced demands of Corporate America, I’ve spent 45 years mastering the discipline of mission-critical operations. Today, I bring that same level of dedication to your financial and bookkeeping needs.

Having grown up in a family of entrepreneurs, I know that for a small business owner, time isn’t just money—it’s family life, peace of mind, and the freedom to grow. After two decades in the Navy and 25 years in Network Engineering, I recognized that small businesses face pressures even greater than the corporate world.

As a retired, disabled Veteran, I founded this agency with a clear purpose: to serve those who build our communities. I don’t just want to be another contractor on your list; I want to be your strategic partner. I provide the financial clarity and bookkeeping expertise you need to reclaim your time, save thousands annually, and make the data-driven decisions that move your business forward.

Let’s secure your financial foundation together.

With 45 years of precision-based experience from the U.S. Navy to Corporate America, I provide the financial clarity you need to grow confidently. [Schedule Your Free Calendly meeting today] or contact via [EMAIL: david.ramsey@davidramseybookkeeping.com]

Stop Stressing Over the Books—Start Focusing on Your Mission.

David Ramsey brings over 45 years of combined military and private-sector experience in technology, systems design, and business operations to his bookkeeping practice.

David began his career serving 20 years in the United States Navy, where he specialized in advanced navigation electronics and computer systems. A top graduate in multiple technical programs, he served on ballistic missile submarines including the USS Georgia and USS West Virginia, earning multiple Navy Achievement Medals. He concluded his military career as a Leading Chief Petty Officer (LCPO), overseeing critical navigation and computer operations.

Following his military service, David transitioned into the private sector, where he held senior engineering and architecture roles with organizations such as Ocean Spray Cranberries, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Hewlett Packard, C&S Wholesale Grocers, and Symbotic. Throughout these roles, he designed and managed complex network infrastructures, led datacenter engineering initiatives, and served as a primary firewall and systems architect.

In addition to his technical expertise, David consistently played a key role in setting up and managing internal systems—including bookkeeping processes—for multiple organizations over the course of his career.

In 2025, after a successful and accomplished career, David founded David Ramsey Bookkeeping. His mission is simple: to help small businesses gain clarity, confidence, and control over their finances. Combining decades of problem-solving experience with a passion for helping others, David delivers reliable, detail-oriented bookkeeping services that business owners can trust.
